Frequently asked questions
What does this cost to run, beyond the plugin itself?
Only what OpenAI charges for the API calls, billed directly to your own OpenAI account. The default model is inexpensive — a typical conversation costs a small fraction of a penny, and the plugin's own dashboard shows you a running total.
Do I need a separate AI backend or subscription?
No. The plugin calls OpenAI directly using the key you provide in Settings. There's nothing else to sign up for.
Can I use this outside the UK?
Yes. Nothing in the plugin assumes a particular country — set a base country if you turn on the travel-surcharge feature, and optionally restrict the chatbot to specific countries.
What happens to my data if I uninstall it?
Nothing, by default. Deactivating or deleting the plugin leaves your bookings, services and settings untouched, in case you reinstall later. A "Delete all plugin data" option is there if you want a full clean-up.
Is this a one-off price for one site, or unlimited sites?
